MEng & MHSc—yes. MEng applicants must also have an engineering background from a university of appropriate standing.
MASc & PhD—candidates with a four year undergraduate degree in engineering, medicine, dentistry, physical or biological sciences from a university of appropriate standing are eligible.
All degrees (MASc, MEng, MHSc and PhD) require a good academic standing in the final two years of study.
Applicants educated at non-Canadian institutions should note that their educational background will be assessed for equivalency with a University of Toronto degree.
Please use the U of T School of Graduate Studies degree equivalency tool to determine which international credentials are required for master’s and doctoral admissions at the University of Toronto.

No. GRE scores are not required for application to graduate studies in the Institute of Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering (IBBME) at the University of Toronto.
Acceptance into the MASc, MHSc, and PhD programs and the collaborative specialization at IBBME is conditional upon finding a supervisor.
Performing Teaching Assistant (TA) duties are not required as a part of degree completion. Additional compensations will be provided for students who TA. Rates can be found here: http://pay.hrandequity.utoronto.ca/salary/
